Full-time, first shift (7:00 AM-3:30 PM)
Primary responsibilities include sample preparation, chemical testing and analysis of test results, and other laboratory tasks. Lab experience, especially with Direct Reading Atomic Emission Spectroscopy, desirable. This position requires excellent attention to detail and accuracy, the ability to process work in a fast paced environment, strong mathematical ability, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Bachelors Degree in Chemistry or related science preferred, but will consider candidate with a minimum of (7) years related work experience
Full-time, first shift (8:00 AM-5:00 PM or 8:30 AM-5:30 PM)
Primary responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries and requests within 24 hours, preparing price quotations, job tracking, establishing new customer relationships, and providing established and potential customers with outstanding customer service. This position requires the ability to excel in a fast paced environment, the ability to manage a customer portfolio of about 150 customers worth $1.2 million in annual sales, the ability to interpret and understand industry related specifications, and adherence to all internal and external quality standards. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with Microsoft CRD Dynamics or other relative CRM system a plus.
4-year college degree with a background in materials engineering or a minimum of 5 years sales/customer experience in the materials industry preferred
Full-time, first shift (7:30 AM-5:30 PM)
Primary responsibilities include performing contracted audits of customer suppliers, internal audits, and supplier audits; developing and implementing procedures and documentation to achieve regulatory compliance with standards and agencies such as ISO 17025, ASME B&PV Code, 10 CFR 50(B), ANSI/ASME NQA-1, ANSI/NCSL Z540, ISO 10012-1, MIL-45208A, ISO 9001, FDA 21 CFR Part 820, ISO 13485, Nadcap, and A2LA; reviewing material testing specifications and updating procedures to achieve compliance; scheduling and participating in required proficiency testing and obtaining corrective action on outliers; preparing protocol, developing, and administering Internal Round Robin tests; preparing and implementing protocols for Installation Qualification and Operational Qualification (IQOQ) of equipment; preparing and implementing protocols for process validation; performing and/or approving software validation; participating in customer and regulatory agency audits; assisting with the implementation and maintenance of the quality system; and assisting with achieving and maintaining various accreditations. This position requires thorough knowledge of and the ability to interpret specifications, the ability to travel up to 1-2 weeks per month, thorough knowledge of Materials Testing and familiarity with Nondestructive Testing, strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to schedule work and meet deadlines on a continuing basis, the ability to identify and resolve problems, the ability to analyze data and make sound decisions, and proficiency in the use of various computer programs.
B.S. in Industrial, Mechanical, or Quality Engineering preferred

Primary responsibilities include operating CNC and manual lathes. Working knowledge of other machine shop equipment desirable. This position requires excellent attention to detail and accuracy, the ability to process work in a fast paced environment, the ability to hold tight tolerances, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. This position also requires prolonged standing, and the ability to push, pull, lift and/or carry up to seventy-five (75) pounds. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years experience with a solid background in operating and programming Okuma, Haas, and Mori Seiki lathes.
High school diploma required with related trade or technical school diploma or certificate preferred.
Full-time, first shift (8:00 AM-4:30 PM)
Primary responsibilities include assisting with recruiting and hiring, compliance, benefits administration, and administering plans, policies, and procedures. The candidate must have knowledge of human resources laws, practices, and procedures and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, have excellent attention to detail, be able to perform work with a high degree of accuracy, and be able to multi-task. Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel is required.
Bachelor's degree in Business with 3-5 years Human Resources experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. PHR or SPHR certification required.
Full time, first shift (8:30 AM-5:00 PM)
Primary responsibilities include order entry and contract review. This includes determining that requested testing is within LTI’s scope or capability, inspecting test specimens/equipment to verify compliance with the purchase order, and accurately entering purchase order requirements into the computer system. This position is also responsible for providing other office and clerical functions. Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a time sensitive environment are critical. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel are required.
High school diploma
Oversees all Accounting, Human Resources, and Facilities activities of the organization. Develops, implements, and oversees the organization’s financial plans and policies, budget management functions, and financial records and reports. Directs and mentors staff in the day-to-day operations of the Accounting department. Acts as a key member of the management team to oversee the forecasting and strategic planning processes to ensure proper financial and other results for current and future operations.
Key job characteristics include knowledge of generally accepted Accounting principles; knowledge of payroll processes and related tax regulations; knowledge of Microsoft Office; and a knowledge of business planning processes.
As the CFO the incumbent must demonstrate professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills; excellent problem solving skills; ability to motivate teams to produce quality work within tight deadlines; ability to exhibit objectivity and openness to others’ views; ability to give and receive constructive feedback to others; ability to maintain positive, effective work relationships with others; and the ability to supervise the work of others.
This position requires a Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Business, a minimum of 15 years experience in accounting and finance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. CPA designation or Master's degree required.
