Our Machine Shop can prepare test specimens for your inhouse testing or for convenient and efficient turnaround on mechanical, corrosion and weld testing performed at LTI. An array of metal test specimens can be prepared in bulk or for small orders including jominy, flat or round tensile, flat fatigue, izod impact, dynamic tear, stress rupture, stress corrosion, gleeble, charpy V-notch impact, rotating beam & low-cycle fatigue, compact tension, fracture toughness, round compression, hydrogen embrittlement, face, root, & side bend.
