Field Calibration at Your Facility

Field calibration provides an added convenience for companies that need to minimize downtime during calibration or that have large or fragile equipment that can not be shipped easily. The technicians at Laboratory Testing's field calibration company will come to your facility for calibration of optical comparators, surface plates, balances, Rockwell hardness testers, compression testing machines, hand tools and gages, electrical instruments and temperature equipment. Our newest capabilities allow us to do oven surveys, system accuracy tests, and controller calibrations to meet Nadcap requirements. We are A2LA accredited for the calibration of most instruments in the field.

You schedule field calibration services when the work is convenient for your business. Our field calibration technicians can provide some repairs and adjustments while calibrating your equipment. During surface plate calibration, our field calibration technicians measure surface wear, then resurface your surface plates to bring measurements within grade guidelines.

You will receive a Calibration Certificate for items calibrated showing results and any adjustments or repairs. When needed, your field calibration technician can provide a preliminary Certificate before leaving your facility, so there is no wait for results.
