Calibration Field Services Service at Your Facility: We Come to You

Calibration field services are often performed on equipment that is too large or fragile to be transported to our facility, or that cannot be taken out of service for a few days at a time. Lab Testing calibration field services technicians provide surface plate calibration, optical comparator calibration, balance calibration, hardness tester calibration and calibration of hand tools and gages, compression testing machines, electrical instruments and temperature equipment onsite at your facility. Our newest capabilities allow us to do oven surveys, system accuracy tests, and controller calibrations to meet Nadcap requirements. You can schedule calibration field services at your convenience to minimize production downtime.

Our calibration field services technicians can provide repairs and adjustments while calibrating your equipment. During surface plate calibration, our calibration field services technicians measure surface wear, then resurface your surface plate to bring measurements within grade guidelines.

Upon completion of your calibration field services, you'll receive a detailed Calibration Certificate listing all work performed. If needed, we can provide a preliminary certificate before our technician leaves your facility, so there is no wait for results. Our lab is A2LA accredited for the calibration of most instruments in the field.
