Liquid penetrant testing services (PT) are reliable for detecting surface-breaking flaws in materials with a non-porous surface. Both fluorescent dye penetrant testing services and visible penetrant testing services are performed at LTI on products up to 40 ft. long. Water-washable and post-emulsifiable fluorescent penetrants in sensitivity levels 2, 3 and 4 are available to meet your specification or application.
We are equipped with three large penetrant dip tanks, a 40 ft. by 3 ft. dwell tank for pipe, tubing, bar, etc., and a large testing room with three high-intensity black lights. All orders are processed with the highest quality Magnaflux testing materials.
