Many advanced materials have been created in past years to replace metals in products and components used in a variety of industries. Laboratory Testing Inc. is able to test and analyze these plastics and other polymeric materials by verifying performance characteristics to determine functionality and to predict performance over time. Lab Testing performs first-article and third-party CMM inspection to verify measurement accuracy of surface dimensions, internal and external threads, and special features on machined products, parts and fasteners.
NIST-traceable and A2LA-accredited calibration services are performed in an environment-controlled laboratory at our calibration company, LTI Metrology, to ensure reliable results. LTI Metrology can calibrate most measuring tools, gauges, masters and pressure, torque, force, electrical, temperature, mass and humidity instruments. On-site calibration technicians will come to your facility to calibrate surface plates, optical comparators, hardness testers, balances, ovens and other instruments that can not be taken out of service for a few days at a time.
