Full-time, second shift (2:30 PM – 11:00 PM)
Job Description: Primary responsibilities include CNC and manual milling. Essential duties include setting up and running parts and test specimens, maintaining traceability of materials and parts, troubleshooting problems, and assisting with maintaining shop equipment. 3-5 years milling experience and working knowledge of other machine shop equipment preferred. Experience with G-code programming helpful. This position requires excellent attention to detail and accuracy, the ability to process work in a fast paced environment, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. This position also requires prolonged standing, and the ability to push, pull, lift and/or carry up to seventy-five (75) pounds. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-4 years experience with a solid background in operating milling equipment.
High school diploma required with related trade or technical school diploma or certificate preferred.
Full-time, first shift (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM)
Primary responsibilities include IT Service Desk Support. This includes troubleshooting and resolving computer and software issues, identifying technology solutions based on analysis of customer support needs, and providing technical assistance and support for other IT support staff. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience installing and troubleshooting problems on Win XP, Windows 7, Win2003/2008 Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange and DNS, End-User and Help Desk experience in MS Office Suite and other common desktop applications, and knowledge of Microsoft SQL server and the ability to build queries and pull data into Excel spreadsheets.
Bachelor’s degree in a computer information field required. Certifications such as A+, MCSE, MCTS, MCITP, CNE, and/or CCNA are a plus, but not required. Strong technical and troubleshooting skills and knowledge in database structures preferred.
Full-time, first shift (7:30 AM - 4:00 PM)
Primary responsibilities include performing dimensional inspection of supplied products, samples, and fixtures using a Smart Scope, CMM, optical comparator, calipers, micrometers, and other calibration standards; calibrating electronic test equipment including meters, scopes, counters, generators, power supplies, Hy-Pot testers, and temperature and resistance equipment; developing calibration procedures and methods, according to detailed specifications, blueprints, drawings, and other technical documentation; identifying out-of-tolerance conditions and performing corrective actions via adjustments, component replacement, and correction factors; and preparing calibration reports and certificates. This position requires mechanical aptitude, good mathematical abilities, technical writing abilities, knowledge of Quality Management system (ISO 9001, ISO 17025, and ANSI Z540), and proficient use of MS Word and Excel. Hands on experience with mechanical measuring tools is desirable.
Minimum high school diploma with at least three (3) years of calibration experience.
Full-time (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM)
Primary responsibilities include determining test specification requirements, the accurate transcription and delivery of data, and the timely preparation and routing of test samples to various departments. This position is also responsible for reviewing technique and inspection records, reviewing purchase orders and specifications, assuring that fixturing is available to perform testing, determining machining requirements, maintaining job status, specifying machining processes, re-assigning test codes and making price changes when necessary, continuously updating and maintaining the specification library, assisting with recording data in the proper format, and ensuring traceability and identification on all pieces of material. This position requires the ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications, excellent communication skills, mechanical aptitude, excellent attention to detail, the ability to expeditiously resolve problems that occur during the performance of daily responsibilities, the ability to process work with accuracy, the ability to multi-task, leadership skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
BS in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering desired with 5-7 years related work experience preferred.
