Cylindrical Grinding Technician

Job Status:

Full-time, first shift (6:30 AM – 3:00 PM)

Job Description:

Primary responsibilities include operating cylindrical grinding machines and CNC and manual lathes. Working knowledge of other machine shop equipment is desirable. This position requires excellent attention to detail and accuracy, the ability to process work in a fast paced environment, the ability to hold tight tolerances, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.  This position also requires prolonged standing, and the ability to push, pull, lift and/or carry up to seventy-five (75) pounds.  The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-4 years of experience with a solid background in setting up and operating cylindrical grinding equipment and lathes.

Educational Requirements:

High school diploma required with related trade or technical school diploma or certificate preferred.

NDT Ultrasonic Testing Technician

Job Status:

Full time, first shift (7:00 AM-3:30 PM)

Job Description:

Primary responsibilities include performing ultrasonic inspection and testing of materials (mostly metals) in accordance with applicable specifications and procedures. Experience with ultrasonic inspection is required. Material handling and some equipment maintenance is required.  This position requires mechanical aptitude, good mathematical abilities, prolonged standing, and the ability to push, pull, lift and/or carry up to seventy-five (75) pounds.  Candidates must be certifiable to SNT-TC-1A Level II. Please note that this is a non-medical testing position.

Metallurgical Engineer

Job Status:

Full-time, first shift (7:00 AM-4:30 PM)

Job Description:

Primary responsibilities include conducting metallographic analyses in accordance with ASTM, ASME, and/or customer supplied specifications and test procedures, and performing sample preparation (drilling, cutting, grinding, mounting, polishing) on materials provided by the customer. Position also requires mixing etchants and maintaining records.  Familiarity with the operation of SEM-EDS and digital imaging systems is desirable  This position requires mechanical aptitude, excellent attention to detail, excellent mathematical abilities, prolonged standing, and the ability to push, pull, lift and/or carry up to seventy-five (75) pounds.

Outside Sales Executive

Job Summary:

The Business Development Manager is responsible for establishing contact with existing customers, identifying new opportunities, and following up on potential leads within his/her territory and expertise.

Scope of Responsibility:

Member of the sales team that helps ensure the achievement of the company’s revenue and profit goals by selling the company’s services to existing, new, and potential customers and ensuring their satisfaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Establishes new business by planning and organizing daily activities to call on existing or potential prospects.
  • Work with Account Managers to service accounts.
  • Attends industry trade shows to accumulate new leads and make productive contact with existing customers.
  • Participates in the strategic planning process of the Sales Team.

  • willing to travel 50% of the time.

Inside Sales Manager

Job Status:

Job Description:

Job Summary:

The Inside Sales Manager is responsible to oversee and support the Account Managers and Customer Service Teams to ensure the department is meeting monthly goals, supporting Business Development, Customer Satisfaction, and leveraging the tools to make it happen.

Scope of Responsibility:

Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, the Inside Sales Manager will monitor sales metrics and manage the entire sales process. They will be able to motivate and lead the sales team to achieve specific goals and build a high performing team to meet customer satisfaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Embody company culture and maintain high sales employee engagement.
  • Manage day to day performance of all sales team members.
  • Conduct Selling efforts as needed.
  • Responsible to implement performance plans and quarterly reviews according to company procedure.
  • Responsible for Customer Engagement Plan and Implementation.
  • Works with Marketing to ensure consistent lead generation.
  • Facilitate new processes, tools, communications, and training to ensure sales program’s success across teams and departments throughout the company.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3 – 5 years in sales representative role, material testing or metals background helpful.
  • 3 – 5 years of prior management experience in business to business environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Hands on and highly proficient in CRM along with Office, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
  • Strong familiarity with data analysis and reporting.
  • Positive and enthusiastic.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
